AREA OF WORKS & EXPOSURES :
- Property Dealings such sales and purchase, transfers, family arrangements, purchase financing and so on.
- Property Developments undertaking the important role in sales and purchase of properties under constructions, execute the post-VP works such as perfection of transfer and charge (project basis)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take instructions and assist superiors in completing tasks given
- Update superior on the progress of work.
- Prepare and manage files
- Arrange meetings with clients, government officials, and other stakeholders.
- Work independently and manage tasks within strict deadlines.
- Maintain a balanced work-life culture, with minimal after-hours work unless absolutely necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must posses diploma/degree.
- Proficiency in English is essential,
- Proficiency in Mandarin is necessary as there will be numerous dealings with oversea clients (Taiwan).
- A positive attitude, responsibility, and a willingness to learn are key.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
