Conveyancing Lawyer

Overview

Our clients, established law firms, are seeking dedicated Conveyancing Lawyers to join their teams. With several vacancies available across multiple branches, this is an excellent opportunity for legal professionals looking to grow their careers in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle conveyancing matters including subsale transactions or project developments, and/or commercial loan documentation
• Manage files independently from initial instruction through to completion
• Liaise with clients, financial institutions, developers, and relevant authorities
• Ensure timely completion of transactions in compliance with legal requirements

Requirements

• 2 - 6 years post admission experience in conveyancing
• Exposure to subsales, project, or commercial loan matters
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Interest or experience in marketing and business development is an added advantage
