Handle conveyancing matters including Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), loan documentation, perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge, tenancy agreements, and related legal documents.
Liaise with clients, developers, banks, government authorities, and relevant parties.
Provide legal advice on conveyancing transactions.
Ensure files are handled efficiently and completed within the stipulated timeline.
Attend to clients enquiries and maintain good client relationships.
Perform any other legal duties assigned by the Firm.
Requirements
Possess a valid Practising Certificate (PC).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in conveyancing practice (freshly admitted lawyers are encouraged to apply if willing to learn).
Familiar with conveyancing procedures and documentation.
Good drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Responsible, meticulous, and able to meet deadlines.
