We are seeking a full-time Cook/Chef for an on-site role located in Kuching. The responsibilities include planning, preparing, and cooking meals according to menu specifications, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety, and ensuring food is presented consistently and appealingly. The Cook/Chef will manage kitchen operations, coordinate with kitchen staff, and monitor inventory and ingredients to meet production needs efficiently. Additionally, they will contribute to menu development and implement innovative food preparation techniques that align with the company's standards.

• Experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu development
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and HACCP practices
• Ability to manage kitchen operations, monitor inventory, and coordinate with staff
• Creative mindset for recipe development and presentation
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in the food production or catering industry is an advantage
• Formal culinary training or certifications are preferred
