Job Description

We're looking for a Paid Media Copywriter to join our dynamic team on a hybrid working arrangement.

In this role, you will craft and optimise impactful ad copy and visuals across major paid channels. Using campaign insights, you'll guide creative strategy, collaborate closely with media managers and designers, and deliver persuasive, data-driven content that drives real business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse campaign briefs and recommend suitable ad formats and creatives.
  • Write compelling copy for ads, landing pages, and emails.
  • Source visuals (images/videos) and design basic banners using Adobe Photoshop/Express.
  • Support creative development for campaign optimisation needs.
  • Proofread team materials and act as language specialist.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketers on A/B testing.
  • Interpret campaign data and provide content recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • 23 years copywriting experience for paid digital platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta).
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing Communications, or related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of social media guidelines and B2B content.
  • Basic Adobe Photoshop/Express and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Understanding of content marketing and industry trends.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to grow in paid media optimisation.
