Job Role:
Looking for an experienced Senior L3 Support Engineer with strong expertise in Core Banking Application Maintenance and Production Support.
Key Skills & Expertise:
🔹 L3 Support – Application Maintenance & Production Support
🔹 Core Banking Systems – REM & ROS (Payments)
🔹 Hands-on experience with AS400 / DB2, COBOL / RPG
🔹 Strong knowledge of ITIL processes
🔹 Expertise in troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis
