1. Manage 5GC operation and maintenance documentation, including operation for daily/weekly/monthly reports.
2. Responsible to lead 5GC performance KPI dashboard presentation with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
3. Participate in operation review panels and project meetings.
4. Perform network capacity planning, design and analysis of 5GC core network
7. Monitor and tracking the 5GC performance index and KPI
9. Produce weekly & monthly report for call log ticketing and maintain 5GC network with SLA
7. Responsible to perform 1st and 2nd level of routine checking, supporting, analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving a wide variety of network issues using Network Monitoring System (NMS) tools.
8. Relevant experience in programing language such as python will be in advantage
9. Extend technical support to customers through remote and on-site troubleshooting
10. Possess skill in any of the following area: CS Core, PS Core, HLR, IMS, VoLTE/VOBB/VoWiFi, PCRF. Knowledge in IP is an added advantages.
11. Able to work in fast pace working environment. Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
12. Customer service oriented and good presentation skill
