Role Description

We are seeking a Corporate Outsource Tax Lawyer for a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves providing expertise in tax planning and advisory services, ensuring compliance with local tax laws, and resolving taxation-related challenges. Daily tasks include consulting clients on tax strategies, preparing and reviewing legal documents, advising on tax-related laws and policies, and liaising with regulatory authorities to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Tax Planning, Tax Advisory, and Tax strategies
• Proficiency in Tax Law and general Legal frameworks
• Strong skills in Tax compliance and regulation review
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate complex legal and tax concepts to diverse audiences clearly
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; specialization in Tax Law is an advantage
• Experience and familiarity with Malaysia's tax regulations and corporate law
