Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Sales Executive role based in Petaling Jaya. The Corporate Sales Executive will identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth handover of confirmed events to the operations team. The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders to align event solutions with client needs, tracking sales performance, and providing regular reporting and market feedback to management. The Corporate Sales Executive will represent Joyspace Event Management at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions to strengthen the company's market presence.

Qualifications

  • Strong Corporate Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage clients professionally and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in Account Management, including managing multiple corporate accounts and ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in events, hospitality, marketing, or related industries.
  • Ability to conduct effective presentations, negotiate contracts, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing role in Petaling Jaya, with occasional travel for meetings or events as needed.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
