Your key responsibilities
- Handle Corporate Advisory projects including IPOs, financial advisory & analysis in merger and acquisitions, Listing Rules and/or Takeover Code related transactions covering US, Hong Kong and UK Market.
- Prepare listing documents such as S1 prospectus for US Capital Market, quarterly and annual reports and draft announcements and circulars of the projects
- Work with other professional parties/business partners(such as ECF) and communicate with relevant authorities, such as Hong Kong's SFC or US SEC
- Perform financial/non-financial/risk analysis for the projects and offer solution to resolve the challenges faced by the clients(projects)
- Assist in preparing pitch books and executing transactions and conducting due diligence of the projects
- To be the pioneer team in new finance era such as blockchain related, crypto and STO, digital entrepreneur/finance, business intelligence and etc.

To qualify for the role you must have
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field / ACCA Affiliate and/or
- Completed any of the professional accounting qualification i.e. ACCA, CPA, MICPA, ICAEW and etc.
- Minimum of One (1) year of relevant work experience
- Strong fundamental in corporate finance, corporate structure, valuation techniques and finance statement & risk analysis
Ideally, you'll also have
Knowledge of business trends/current issues, emerging technical and industry developments
Fluent in both written and spoken English/Bahasa and Mandarin
