Marketing Activities Support:
- Assist in execution of marketing activities such as webinars, symposiums conferences. This includes support in the coordination and brainstorming sessions for the activities.
Materials Preparation:
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials such as promotional/non-promotional materials and ensure all marketing materials adhere to company branding guidelines and external & internal SOPPs.
Administrative Tasks:
- Assist in coordinating meetings and take minutes during team sessions as needed.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, regulatory, and product development, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
