Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and creative Corporate Communication Executive to join our dynamic team. Responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that enhance our corporate brand reputation, engage both internal and external audiences, and support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage the integrated annual corporate communication strategy to bolster the company's brand identity and market position.
  • Develop and manage engaging content for the company's social media platforms and intranet to drive brand consistency and employee engagement.
  • Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with key media representatives, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Manage media inquiries, coordinate interviews, and act as a company spokesperson or media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • Manage all internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, email newsletters, digital signage) to ensure a well-informed, aligned, and motivated workforce.
  • Support the planning and communication of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and community investment initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of crisis communication plans to protect the company's reputation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or branding.
  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Familiar with digital communication tools, social media, and media relations.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
