Job Description

  • To assist in managing and coordination of events
  • To liaise with various departments on administrative and marketing initiatives as well as vendors
  • To assist in drafting internal and external marketing materials
  • To ensure that the Firm's branding guidelines are adhered to
  • To design, produce and update social media content and the website
  • To liaise with vendors on marketing collaterals, events, etc
  • To assist in designing marking materials for online and in-person events
  • To assist in the production of the firm's newsletter
  • To assist in the video production process
  • To perform administrative tasks

Job Requirement

  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Mass Communications
  • Preferably Executive specializing in PR / Media / Communications or equivalent
  • Good communication skills in English language for both spoken and written
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good at designing
  • Able to work in dynamic environment
  • Good time management skill
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
