Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and strengthen company culture initiatives
- Plan, coordinate & execute company events and internal engagement activities
- Manage internal communications across departments
- Create and manage media content for all platforms
- Develop creative content (articles, captions, visuals, announcements)
- Support employer branding and corporate image initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Mass Comm, PR, Marketing or related field
- 24 years of relevant experience
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Creative, proactive and detail-oriented
- Comfortable coordinating events and engaging with employees at all levels
