Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate / Conveyancing Lawyer, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Corporate / Conveyancing Lawyer will be responsible for handling conveyancing transactions, corporate legal matters, and commercial agreements. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting due diligence, advising clients on legal issues, and facilitating business transactions. The lawyer will work closely with clients and other legal professionals to provide high-quality legal services.

Qualifications

• Experience in conveyancing and corporate legal matters
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as share subscription agreements and shareholder agreements
• Skills in conducting due diligence and providing legal advice on mergers and acquisition activities
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Law and membership in the Malaysian Bar
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in managing client relationships and providing high-quality legal services
