Responsibilities
Identify and assess investment opportunities (M&A, JV, partnerships) through financial modelling, market research and competitive analysis
Lead due diligence and provide investment recommendations backed by financial and business insights
Support deal structuring and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders
Monitor portfolio performance and drive value-creation initiatives
Maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, advisors, and potential partners
Prepare clear reports and presentations for decision-making by senior management
Stay updated on market trends to identify new growth areas and strategic opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience in corporate finance, IB, strategy, tech or related fields
Strong commercial acumen and financial modelling skills
Strategic thinker with attention to detail
