About The Role

The Corporate Finance Executive will support end-to-end corporate finance activities including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, fundraising, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and strategic financial advisory. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder engagement skills, and exposure to structured finance or advisory projects

What You Will Do

Financial Analysis & Valuation

  • Prepare financial models including DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis.
  • Conduct financial forecasting, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing.
  • Analyze historical and projected financial performance to support investment and strategic decisions.

Corporate Finance & Advisory Support

  • Assist in M&A transactions, joint ventures, fundraising exercises, and restructuring initiatives.
  • Support due diligence processes (financial, commercial, and operational).
  • Prepare investment memorandums, pitch decks, board papers, and client presentations.

Stakeholder & Project Coordination

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external advisors, auditors, bankers, legal counsels, and regulators.
  • Coordinate transaction timelines, data rooms, and information requests.
  • Support negotiations by providing financial insights and analysis.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Ensure financial analysis and documentation comply with regulatory, accounting, and governance standards.
  • Support post-transaction integration and performance monitoring where required.

What You Should Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related fields.
  • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CFA (Level I/II), or equivalent is an added advantage.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance / Deal Advisory (Big 4), Commercial / Corporate Banking, Financial Advisory or Consulting
  • Exposure to M&A, valuation, fundraising, or transaction advisory is highly preferred.
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
