Corporate Finance Executive

We are seeking a Corporate Finance Executive to support strategic initiatives, including business expansion, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and other investment opportunities. This role offers strong exposure to financial modeling, due diligence, and senior management reporting within a dynamic business environment.

- Conduct comprehensive market research covering industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to support strategic planning.

- Develop, analyze, and maintain financial models for potential investments, M&A transactions, joint ventures, and organic growth projects.

- Prepare detailed business cases and financial analyses aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

- Support due diligence processes by coordinating with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, operations, etc.).

- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for senior leadership and stakeholders.

- Maintain proper documentation and records of strategic initiatives, financial analyses, and market data.

- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

- Professional qualification preferred; candidates with a relevant Degree or Master's are also encouraged to apply.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, consulting, advisory, or investment-related roles.

- Strong analytical capability with solid financial modeling skills.

- Exposure to financial modeling and business analysis (hands-on experience preferred but not mandatory at advanced level).

- Excellent research, analytical writing, and presentation skills.

- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
