Corporate Finance (AM/M/SM) role in Selangor up to RM 20,000.

A diversified conglomerate with more than 30 years of experience operating across multiple industries including manufacturing, automotive, agriculture and many more. They are in expansion mode and they are looking for a strong corporate finance talent to set up and spearhead the corporate finance team.
Your new role
Your new role will involve the following but not limited to:
- Supporting end-to-end M&A activities
- Financial modelling
- Financial analysis and valuation
- Due diligence & risk assessment
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA or equivalent) would be ideal.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Corporate Finance, transaction Advisory, deal advisory or valuation.
- Experience working in Big 4 or Top 10 Audit firm is a must.
- Regional experience or experience working in a multi-entity organisation.
