We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage fund structuring activities for logistics facility development projects. The role involves end-to-end coordination with investors, lenders, and partners, as well as managing capital raising and project exit strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage fund structuring for logistics facility development projects, including:
- Arranging and coordinating with investors, lenders, and structuring schemes (main responsibility)
- Forming and managing joint ventures (JVs)
- Raising debt and equity financing
- Plan and execute the formation of future core funds
- Manage fund exit strategies, including sales to investors and portfolio optimization
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fund structuring, capital raising, and investor/lender coordination within the real estate industry Candidates with experience in the financial industry will also be considered, but a strong background in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Proven track record in capital raising and joint venture (JV) formation
