Job Description

Order Requirements

  • Provide on-site and remote IT support for employees and contractors of the company, including macOS/macOS device (MacBook) and Windows software and PC support.
  • Provide software support and troubleshooting for macOS and Windows operating systems.
  • Apply basic hardware troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose and resolve common issues with Windows and Apple devices.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for common applications, including Zoom, Slack, Google Chrome, and Google Workspace.
  • Provide AV support for meeting rooms, event spaces, and office technology.
  • Conduct weekly IT onboarding sessions for new hires.
  • Refresh and reconfigure offboarded laptops for reuse.
  • Perform basic administration of applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta, including troubleshooting.
  • Create clear, concise, and high-quality documentation and knowledge base articles suitable for all audiences.
  • Manage complex requests by triaging and prioritizing effectively, escalating only when necessary.
  • Thrive in a startup environment, managing ambiguity and collaborating across teams regardless of hierarchy.
  • Serve as a local IT point of contact and represent the IT team to vendors, employees, and contractors.
  • Safely lift and handle IT equipment such as monitors, desktop PCs, and related hardware for desk setups, moves, or installations as required.

  • Solid understanding of Google Workspace and Slack fundamentals.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills covering both hardware and software.
  • Intermediate networking knowledge, including common Wi-Fi and connectivity issues.
  • Experience working in high-growth multinational tech companies, with cultural awareness and adaptability.
  • Strong multitasking ability and capacity to manage competing priorities.
