Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Manage various aspects of insolvency administration assignments such as liquidation, receivership and corporate voluntary arrangements. .
  2. Prepare proposals, presentations and reports. .
  3. Liaise with external parties such as bankers, solicitors, creditors, debtors, directors and statutory bodies.
  4. Conduct financial reviews and participate in negotiations.
  5. Convene and attend meetings with various stakeholders in the normal conduct of a receivership and/or liquidation administration.
  6. Develop and implement engagement planning, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  7. Review work performed by Associates/Senior Consultants, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
  8. Participate in business development activities, including client meetings and proposal presentations.
  9. Handle ad hoc assignments as needed.

Requirements

  1. Hold a Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking/Law or professional qualifications in ICAEW/ACCA/ CPA Australia /MICPA or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  3. Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  4. Great interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
  5. Good analytical skills and be able to work independently with the projects assigned.
  6. Strong organisational skills and time management.
  7. Self-motivated and able to work independently, develop good relationships with senior management, and operate well within a team environment.
