1. Sales Process Execution & Customer Engagement
Sales Prospecting & Closing:
- Prepare and present detailed customer quotations, including itemized lists and pricing, to meet specific client requirements.
- Schedule and conduct customer meetings to present solutions, build relationships, and generate sales.
Post-Sale Coordination & Support:
- Follow up consistently with customers via phone and email to finalize sales and coordinate delivery arrangements.
2. Operational & Logistics Coordination
Inventory & Fulfillment Management
- Verify stock availability by coordinating with the ME (Materials/Inventory Executive) to ensure customer requirements can be fulfilled.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team via email and phone to confirm stock allocation, schedule customer deliveries, and ensure a smooth logistics process.
Delivery Execution:
- Liaise directly with lorry drivers to track and ensure on-time delivery of items to the customer.
- Prepare and arrange delivery of vouchers to customer offices via dispatch personnel to ensure complete order fulfillment.
3. Reporting, Analysis & Issue Resolution
Performance Reporting:
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly sales reports by collaborating with the Business Analysis department to review and analyze sales performance.
Escalation & Problem-Solving:
- Discuss and resolve immediate customer issues promptly through direct consultation with the Head of Department (HOD).
Minimum Job Requirement :
- At least possess a Degree of Business studies in any field.
- With excellent communication skills.
- With strong interpersonal skills in order to liaise with customer.
- Ability to understand client's needs and present solutions.
- Have to meet sales goals set by company.
- With presentation skills in order to present to customer.
