You will be providing our clients with both bespoke and off-the shelf solutions to help them achieve their goals in their marketing programmes, employee recognition, external relationship-building and other key areas of their business. We are looking for driven candidates who like working closely with a client base across a variety of industries and who enjoy the challenge of providing creative input in their sales roles
Job Responsibility
- To oversee the client's existing portfolio, comprising SMEs & large companies, and develop and maintain positive relationships to secure future business opportunities
- To attract, generate and retain new and potential clients for future business opportunities by initiating direct meetings to demonstrate Royal Selangor's customised/personalized products for the client's special occasions/needs
- Provide advice and guidance to clients regarding the customised/personalized product after evaluating the client's expectations and budget range; not limited to presentation, negotiation, up-selling and cross-selling
- To meet potential clients, leverages relationship to build client value, and maintain a network of professionals and corporate decision-makers
- Undertake other project/ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
- Pro-active with great customer service skills, strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with strong communcation, presentation and negotiation skills
- Preferably Managers / Executives specializing in Corporate Sales or equivalent.
