About the Role
VealthMe is looking for a driven, income-motivated sales professional to join our Corporate Wellness team. Your job is to open doors, build relationships, and close deals with corporate clients — we'll equip you with the product knowledge.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and cold-approach corporate HR and management decision-makers
- Conduct needs assessments and pitch tailored health screening / wellness packages
- Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to contract signing
- Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs and revenue targets
- Maintain client relationships for renewals and upselling
What We're Looking For
✅ Must Have:
- Active sales experience (currently working in a sales role)
- Proven ability to do cold outreach and manage your own pipeline
- KPI/commission-driven mindset — you track your numbers and care about your income
- Own transportation
✅ Great Background Fit(not required, but you'll hit the ground faster):
- Medical equipment / pharmaceutical sales rep
- Property agent
- Training company or hotel sales team
- Any B2B or corporate account sales
⭐ Bonus(nice to have, not a barrier):
- Background in nutrition, dietetics, pharmacy, or health sciences
❌ Not a Fit If:
- You've never done active/outbound sales
- You prefer a fixed salary over performance-based income
- You dislike cold calling or approaching new prospects
Compensation
- Basic: RM 3,000 – 5,000/month
- Commission: 5% - 8% — paid quarterly
- KPI Target: RM 40,000/month in sales
