Job Description
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients through cold calls, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Conduct client meetings to understand training needs and present suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Account Management
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and negotiations to ensure timely closure.
- Provide after-sales support and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the product and training teams to develop new offerings based on market demand.
Programme Logistics
- Support logistical arrangements including technical setup and preparation of training materials.
- Ensure virtual platforms are ready and functional.
- Track programme expenses and assist in preparing financial reports.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in CRM systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in training, education, or HR solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
