Sales & Client Acquisition

  1. Identify and approach potential corporate clients through cold calls, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  2. Conduct client meetings to understand training needs and present suitable solutions.
  3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Account Management

  1. Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  2. Follow up on leads, proposals, and negotiations to ensure timely closure.
  3. Provide after-sales support and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery.

Market Intelligence

  1. Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
  2. Collaborate with the product and training teams to develop new offerings based on market demand.

Programme Logistics

  1. Support logistical arrangements including technical setup and preparation of training materials.
  2. Ensure virtual platforms are ready and functional.
  3. Track programme expenses and assist in preparing financial reports.

Reporting & Documentation

  1. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in CRM systems.
  2. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
  3. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in training, education, or HR solutions.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
