Job Description

Role Overview

As a Corporate F&B Sales Manager, you will take charge of driving revenue and managing key client relationships. This is a hands-on sales role focused on closing deals, growing accounts, and ensuring every client experience reflects Shake Shack's premium and welcoming brand.

What You'll Do

Own Sales Performance

  • Drive catering and corporate sales to meet and exceed targets (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies focused on conversion, retention, and account growth
  • Focus on high-value opportunities and repeat business growth

Lead & Develop the Sales Function

  • Provide day-to-day guidance, direction, and support to the corporate sales team
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability within the team
  • Coach team members on client handling, negotiation, and closing techniques
  • Foster a proactive, responsive, and service-driven sales culture

Manage Key Client Relationships

  • Build strong partnerships with corporate clients, event organisers, and institutions
  • Act as the main contact for key accounts and ensure excellent service delivery
  • Turn one-time clients into long-term partners

Lead Sales Execution

  • Oversee proposals, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Ensure timely responses and high-quality client communication
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions

Own Reporting, Forecasting & Insights

  • Oversee and consolidate weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Track key metrics: revenue, conversion rates, pipeline value, and client retention
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide visibility to management
  • Analyze sales data, client trends, and performance gaps to recommend actionable improvements
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of CRM / client database

Collaborate for Excellence

  • Partner with Operations, and Outlet teams to ensure flawless execution
  • Uphold Shake Shack's quality, service, and brand standards in every order
  • Support and guide team members where needed

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achieve overall corporate sales and profitability targets
  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets
  • Ensure proposals and quotations are prepared within 48 hours
  • Maintain active prospecting and client engagement activities on a weekly basis
  • Timely submission of sales reports, forecasts, and management updates
  • Ensure on-time submission of business presentation decks and sales materials

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, catering, or B2B sales
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage key accounts
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Confident, proactive, and results-driven
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  •  Able to work independently
  • Passion for delivering great customer experiences
