Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and engage with corporate and government clients to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

The Successful Applicant


A Successful Corporate Sales Manager Should Have

  • At least 3 years of supervisory or peoplemanagement experience within B2B sales.
  • Strong track record managing regional or nationwide sales teams.
  • Skilled in pipeline management, forecasting, commercial prioritisation and negotiation.
  • Confident leader with strong coaching and stakeholdermanagement capabilities.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related discipline; certifications in leadership or sales are an advantage.
  • Thrives in a fastpaced environment and able to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
