Responsibilities
- Annual filing for clients with ACRA
- Setting up and maintaining statutory books and registers
- Preparing and lodging all prescribed forms and requisite documents with ACRA
- Preparation of notices, minutes and other documents pertaining to Board Resolutions, Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meetings
- Maintain client database
- Provide corporate secretarial support for clients
- Assist in corporate secretarial assignments, ACRA BizFile e-stamping
- Perform Know Your Customer due diligence requirements
- Managing a portfolio of clients independently
- Preparing resolutions and minutes of meetings of directors and shareholders
- Providing advice on compliance requirements and ensure client's compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Providing day-to-day support in corporate secretarial work
- Lodge returns and documents with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)
- Maintaining proper statutory records
- Maintaining proper corporate secretarial database
- Perform customer due diligence according to ACRA Act
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma and above
- At least 2 years of corporate secretarial work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Meticulous and able to work independently under minimal supervision
- Able to work under stress and manage tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
