Job Description

Be part of a fast growing, modern accounting firm, supporting companies in their regulatory and compliance needs.

Responsibilities

  • Annual filing for clients with ACRA
  • Setting up and maintaining statutory books and registers
  • Preparing and lodging all prescribed forms and requisite documents with ACRA
  • Preparation of notices, minutes and other documents pertaining to Board Resolutions, Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meetings
  • Maintain client database
  • Provide corporate secretarial support for clients
  • Assist in corporate secretarial assignments, ACRA BizFile e-stamping
  • Perform Know Your Customer due diligence requirements
  • Managing a portfolio of clients independently
  • Preparing resolutions and minutes of meetings of directors and shareholders
  • Providing advice on compliance requirements and ensure client's compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Providing day-to-day support in corporate secretarial work
  • Lodge returns and documents with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)
  • Maintaining proper statutory records
  • Maintaining proper corporate secretarial database
  • Perform customer due diligence according to ACRA Act

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • At least 2 years of corporate secretarial work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Meticulous and able to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Able to work under stress and manage tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
