Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Corporate Secretarial Executive / Senior Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring effective governance across multiple entities. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining statutory compliance for a portfolio of group companies
- Preparing, reviewing, and filing statutory documents, resolutions, minutes, and returns
- Coordinating and attending Board and shareholder meetings, including preparation of meeting materials
- Maintaining and updating statutory registers and corporate records across entities
- Advising directors and stakeholders on routine corporate governance matters
- Liaising with clients, auditors, legal counsel, and regulatory authorities
- Supporting corporate exercises such as incorporation, restructuring, share transfers, due diligence, and group-level changes
- Guiding junior team members and reviewing their work (for Senior Executive level)
Who We're Looking ForWe're seeking committed professionals who are ready to grow within the corporate secretarial field. Ideal candidates should have:
- ICSA qualification, MAICSA membership, or currently pursuing final papers
- 1–4 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience (seniority will be matched accordingly)
- Strong understanding of the Companies Act 2016, SSM requirements, and corporate governance principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with directors and stakeholders
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients
- A responsible, humble, and solutions‑oriented attitude
- Competency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
