Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing client service and building strong relationships within the assigned portfolio of companies based on trust, professionalism, and exceptional service delivery.
Capable of handling all aspects of corporate secretarial duties and ensuring client entities statutory compliance and deliver quality service efficiently.
Provide delivery of high-quality corporate secretarial services to clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Supervise and manage team members, while monitoring turnaround times and ensuring timely completion of tasks and statutory filings
Groom, coach, and train staff to enable them to perform their roles effectively and efficiently.
Identify team members strengths and weaknesses and work with them to develop competencies.
Liaise with regulatory bodies such as Companies Commission of Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, and other relevant authorities
Any other duties that may be assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
Possess CGI (ICSA) Qualification and is a member of MAICSA.
At least 12 years of relevant experience, preferably in professional firms/ private limited/ public listed companies experience.
Must be familiar with Companies Act 2016, Listing Requirements, Malaysia Code on Corporate Governance, etc.
Good organizational skills in relation to documentation and work processes.
Possesses a strong sense of responsibility, positive disposition, initiative, high integrity and able to work under strict deadlines.
Good interpersonal skills, team player, yet able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
