Role Overview:
As a Corporate Sales Specialist, you will help organizations connect with the right development solutions to meet their business goals. You will proactively identify and qualify leads through a variety of methods, understand client needs, and recommend customized solutions that drive workforce growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and qualify new leads — including those provided by the company — using various strategies (cold calls, networking, digital outreach, events, referrals, and more)
- Nurture and convert leads provided by the company into successful clients
- Engage with decision-makers to understand their training and development needs
- Recommend tailored training and talent development solutions that align with client goals
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly personal sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in training, education, or consulting). Fresh graduate can be consdered with strong communication skills in English, Mandarin and BM.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, and consultative selling
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient
- Passionate about learning, development, and organizational growth
- Possess valid driving license and have own car as this role requires travelling within Klang Valley and outstation
