Corporate Strategy & Sales Operations Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare daily and monthly operational reports, and present key insights to management.
• Maintain and manage vending operational system entries to ensure data accuracy and reliability in reporting.
• Perform routine audits and troubleshooting on operational reports and vending systems to ensure data integrity.
• Manage projects and timelines, including supporting automation initiatives for route planning and machine enhancement.
• Collaborate with the operations team and cross-functional stakeholders to understand data and sales operations requirements.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and analytical tools to monitor and track operational performance.
• Provide support for additional sales operations and reporting requirements as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong data processing and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Python will be an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly attentive to data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in both English and Malay (written and spoken).
