Role Description The Corporate Technology Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kuala Lumpur.
This role oversees the planning, implementation, and maintenance of BWF's corporate IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to support global operations.
Key day-to-day responsibilities include the development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the business. The manager coordinates IT projects, vendor relationships, and technology upgrades, while establishing policies, procedures, and documentation for secure and efficient IT operations. Collaboration with internal departments is essential to understand business needs, provide technical support, and recommend solutions that enhance productivity and data integrity.
