- Handle daily reservation & ticketing enquires
- Ensure timely issuance of tickets and flight reservations to meet the demand of our clients
- Assist in visa requirements, car rental, accommodation and other related travel services
- Address any issues or emergencies that may arise during travel.
- Ensure accuracy in travel bookings, including departure and arrival dates, passenger information and special requests
- Provide timely and accurate assistance to clients
- Maintaining good relationships with our FIT and Corporate clients
- Able to handle emergency ticketing matters
- Able to work on a shift rotation basis after working hours
- Familiarity with international travel regulations and requirements.
- Negotiate rates and terms with airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other travel service providers
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in the tourism industry or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Ticketing Consultant within the travel industry
- Excellent knowledge of Sabre GDS (Global Distribution System) and knowledge of Amadeus and Galileo as travel agent (MINIMUM 3 YEARS)
- Able to book flights, issue, re-issue and refund tickets
- Strong knowledge of airline ticketing procedures, fare structures, fare rules and reservation systems
- Able to work independently and have good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Passionate for travel, tourism and hospitality industry
- Experience in corporate travel management or related roles is a plus.
