Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to lead and conduct online & offline courses.
- Responsible to design the training content and materials.
- Research market trends and opportunities.
- Check and ensure the accuracy of course materials.
- Develop a curriculum suited for classroom-based and online learning.
- Offer good advice on skill development and career advancement.
- Encourage and motivate clients to stay on track with their business goals.
- Support professional growth through objective feedback.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in conducting training programs
- Confident in conducting training offline & online
- Able to speak in front of a camera comfortably
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Fluent in English communication skill
- Willing to work as full time in-house trainer mode
- Willing to travel on-site to conduct training
- Must be Accreditation Certified Trainer by HRDCorp
