Corporate Training Sales Executive
Role Overview
This is a results-driven corporate sales role for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. You will be responsible for driving revenue through corporate training sales, owning the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and pitching to closing and account expansion.
This role is not suitable for candidates seeking a purely coordination or support function. Success in this position requires hunger for sales, resilience, and strong commercial instincts.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect, pitch, and close corporate training deals, including public programmes, in-house trainings, and customised learning solutions.
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, needs analysis, proposal preparation, presentations, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and manage long-term client relationships, focusing on repeat business, upselling, and account growth.
- Conduct client consultations to understand business challenges and recommend relevant training solutions.
- Work closely with trainers and internal teams to translate client needs into commercially viable training programmes.
- Coordinate training logistics as needed to support sales delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth execution.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and conversion rates accurately and professionally.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on lead-driven campaigns, events, and promotions to maximise sales impact.
- Continuously improve product knowledge across HR, leadership, compliance, and professional development training.

Key Requirements
- Sales-oriented mindset is mandatory training knowledge can be learned, sales hunger cannot.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and ambition are welcome.
- 23 years of B2B or solution-based sales experience is an added advantage.
- Confident in presenting to HR Managers, Heads of Department, and Senior Management.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
- Able to work independently while managing multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a performance-based, demanding sales environment.
