Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Wellbeing Referral Partner role based in Petaling Jaya. The Corporate Wellbeing Referral Partner will identify and engage corporate clients, promote Tongle's wellbeing solutions, and build strong referral networks within organizations. This position involves meeting with HR and leadership teams, understanding their wellbeing needs, and recommending suitable services and programs. The role includes managing the referral process end-to-end, providing timely follow-up, and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions. The partner will also collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback from clients, support product presentations or trainings, and participate in events or outreach activities. This is a commission-based role, with earnings linked to successful referrals and established partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with corporate stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills to understand client needs, interpret basic performance data, and provide informed recommendations.
- Foundational Finance awareness to discuss pricing structures, commission models, and ROI of wellbeing programs.
- Ability to support and deliver basic Training or presentations on Tongle's wellbeing offerings to corporate audiences.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, corporate wellbeing, healthcare, or HR solutions is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with commission-based compensation.
- Proficiency with digital tools (CRM systems, office productivity software, and online communication platforms).
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, psychology, health sciences, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with strong experience.
