Collaborate and assisting in all fundamental Quantity Surveyor tasks, including valuation, measurement, and quantity take-offs for both pre-contract and post-contract stages.
Prepare and manage progress claims, sub-contractor payments, and final accounts.
Support tender activities by preparing tender documents and sourcing quotations and pricing.
Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information, such as material pricing and commercial terms.
Identify and engage suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain quotations.
Conduct regular site visits for accurate valuation, measurement, and material monitoring.
Work closely with project managers to address issues that may lead to extensions of time (EOT), variation orders (VO), or changes in working conditions from those stipulated in the contract.
Coordinate with contractors and site personnel to ensure project requirements are met.
Prepare comprehensive contract documents and maintain accurate records.
Any ac-hod tasks requested by team lead.
Job Requirement:-
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Management, or equivalent.
Candidates with at least 4-6 years of working experience in industrial building and/or high-rise building construction.
Preferbaly candidate has M&E or CQS field , main contractor experience.
Knowledge of construction costing, budgeting, and cost control.
Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, construction teams, and sub-contractors.
