This role will assist in the management of contractual and commercial matters for M&E works, supporting the team in tendering, cost control, and contract administration to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing tender documents, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for M&E works.
- Support in sourcing and evaluating quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assist in monitoring project cost control, budgeting, and cash flow reporting.
- Prepare and update documentation for progress claims, variations, and payments.
- Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors on contractual and commercial matters under supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is highly preferred.
- Candidates with a Degree in Quantity Surveying are also encouraged to apply.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of M&E works in construction is an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn and proactive attitude.
