Inventory Structuring & Clean up

Establish and standardize inventory classification (Raw Materials, Work in Progress, Finished Goods)
Review and clean up existing inventory records for accuracy and consistency
Ensure proper item coding and alignment with Bill of Materials (BOM)
Work closely with warehouse team to improve stock accuracy and control

Documentation & Record Management

Develop and maintain product costing (material, labour, overhead)
Support implementation of standard costing methodology
Prepare and maintain BOM costing and ensure cost accuracy
Assist in configuring and improving costing setup in ERP system (SAP B1 or similar)

Production & Process Coordination

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare monthly closing reports including product cost and margin analysis, Inventory movement, valuations
Perform variance analysis Highlight cost inefficiencies, wastage and improvement opportunities
