Responsibilities:
- Prepare Bill of Material (BOM).
- Able to interpret Bill of Material (BOM) and Assembly drawing.
- Perform parts costing analysis and submit quotations to customers.
- Select supplier meet cost requirement to quote to customer and for purchasing buying.
- Check engineering change notification (ECN) impact to quoted price and submit revised quotations to customers.
- Maintain and preserve Material database to ensure accuracy and costing standardization.
- Able to communicate and deal directly with customer on specific requirement as request.
- Able to work independently with positive attitude approach.
- Performs other related duties as and when requested by the superior.
- To carry out other duties and tasks as directed by the Management in line with competencies and activities associated with the Project and Business Development Division.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Able to work independently with good analytical skills.
- Observant and detail-oriented person.
- Proficient in MS Excel (Vlookup and Hlookup) a must for this position.
