Our client is a leading multinational healthcare organisation with a strong global presence and a well-established shared service centre supporting regional finance operations.
Your New Role
- As a Country Accountant supporting various countries/regions, you will be responsible for managing the full set of accounting activities and ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing General Ledger and Record-to-Report activities.
- Performing month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Preparing account reconciliations and supporting audits.
- Assisting with tax and cost accounting processes.
- Collaborating closely with regional stakeholders, including teams in Japan.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Minimum 2 years in Audit and 3 years of RTR, shared services, or full-set accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting processes and reporting.
- SAP system experience.
- Ability to work effectively with regional and international stakeholders.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA or equivalent) or progression towards one will be an advantage.
- Previous audit exposure, tax, or cost accounting experience will be beneficial.
- Additional language abilities would be viewed favourably.
