About The Job
- Lead the setup, growth, and overall business operations in Malaysia
- Drive market expansion and business development initiatives within the semiconductor ecosystem
- Build strategic partnerships with semiconductor firms, ecosystem partners, and government stakeholders
- Establish and grow a high-performing engineering and leadership team
- Oversee operational excellence, delivery quality, and long-term business sustainability
- Act as the key bridge between global leadership and local operations
about the requirement
- 15+ years of experience within semiconductor design, IC design services, or related industries
- Proven leadership experience in a Country Head, GM, VP, or equivalent senior management role
- Strong understanding of semiconductor/VLSI design environments such as:
- Analog/Mixed Signal
- RF
- Front-End Verification
- SoC Physical Design
- Strong business acumen with experience scaling operations and driving growth
- Existing network within the semiconductor ecosystem is highly advantageous
