To support the next phase of growth, the group is seeking a Country Manager, Malaysia to take ownership of overall business performance, drive market penetration, and develop a strong local leadership platform.
Job Description
The Country Manager, Malaysia will hold full commercial and operational responsibility for the country business, with a primary focus on sales, marketing, and distributor growth. This role owns the national P&L and will lead the business through its next phase of accelerated expansion.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Own and drive national revenue growth, scaling the business from a developing market to a high‑performing growth platform
- Lead all sales and marketing strategies, execution, and field performance
- Expand, energise, and professionalise the distributor and leadership network nationwide
- Design and deliver high‑impact offline engagement including large‑scale events, roadshows, and community gatherings
- Strengthen social selling capability and digital engagement across the distributor base
- Expand market penetration beyond core demographics, including building traction within new community segments
- Act as the visible national leader to distributors, top leaders, and internal teams
- Lead, coach, and develop a lean local management team across sales, marketing, and customer support
- Maintain light operational oversight while leveraging global shared services for finance and marketing
- Partner closely with global leadership to align strategy, growth initiatives, and regional expansion plans
The Successful Applicant
- 10-15 years of leadership experience within MLM, direct selling, or large‑scale distributor‑led organisations, with demonstrable commercial success
- Proven track record of delivering strong revenue and distributor growth in fast‑moving, performance‑driven environments
- Commercially minded leader with an entrepreneurial and execution‑focused approach
- Comfortable operating in dynamic settings with evolving priorities and ambitious growth targets
- Strong cultural understanding of Malaysia, with experience engaging diverse customer and distributor communities
- Credible and visible leader, able to influence, motivate, and mobilise a field‑based organisation
- Good understanding of social selling and digital engagement as enablers of distributor‑led growth
- Agile, trustworthy, and hands‑on, with the ability to operate effectively in a lean, growth‑oriented organisation
