A financial services company specialising in the forex and CFD markets is seeking an experienced country manager to lead and drive their business operations in Malaysia. This is a key leadership role for someone who can build the brand, grow the client base, and manage local operations in line with company objectives.
You will be responsible for developing and executing the market entry and growth strategy for Malaysia, overseeing sales, marketing, and business development activities, and ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements. You'll build relationships with introducing brokers, affiliates, and key industry partners, while managing and mentoring a local team to deliver on revenue and growth targets.
