  • Responsible in developing and reviewing the annual compensation review process which include job evaluation, salary and benefits market competitiveness benchmarking, merit increase recommendations and all other policies and guidelines related to total compensation and benefits.
  • Active involvement and lead in the role out of country or worldwide compensation programs or deployment of Corporate Rewarding/Compensation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HR Business partners and Location HR, Business division leader, Senior management in designing and implementing the annual compensation and benefits plan that aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct robust market research and analysis to benchmark compensation levels, benefits, and incentive structures against industry standards and competitors for local and international compensation schemes.
  • Monitor market trends and legislative changes related to compensation and benefits, providing recommendations and guidance, and ensuring compliance with local and global regulations.
  • Exchange with external networking groups and rewards consultants to keep abreast of latest compensation practices and trends.
  • Drive the communication, competencies and knowledge management of compensation and benefits program and its applications, ensuring users have a clear understanding of the total rewards offerings available to them.

Qualifications

  • Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Management or a related disciplines.
  • At least of 6-7 years of working experience in regional/country level/strategic compensation and benefit portfolio.
  • Well-versed in Labor Laws of the country and regulations affecting compensation administration of the Country
  • Strong networking and liaisons with reputable Compensation and Benefits consulting firms to obtain latest market information, practices and emerging trends.
  • Strong experience in the application of MS Office Tools especially in MS Excel, Power BI and other HR related analytical tools.
  • Experienced in handling Job Evaluation discussions especially as in using Mercer IPE certification would be an added advantage.
  • Possess proactive, self-driven and team player traits.
  • Attention to details with strong business-orientation.
  • High level skill in communication, managing different level of stakeholders, high focus on process efficiencies and adaptable to a VUCA work environment.
