Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Minimum 10–12 years of commercial experience in B2B technology, enterprise software, IT services, or cybersecurity, with at least 3–5 years in a country management, sales leadership, or full P&L ownership role.
Proven commercial background in cybersecurity or enterprise technology solutions, including exposure to application security, DevSecOps, cloud SaaS, or related domains.
Extensive background in building and executing multi-channel GTM strategies, including enterprise sales to large organizations and financial institutions, as well as channel management.
Demonstrated expertise in translating market analysis, competitive landscapes, and industry trends into high-converting sales strategies and operational processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and build long-term partnerships.
