Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own Malaysia's P&L and develop growth strategies across customer segments, channels, and product portfolios.
  • Formulate and execute short- and long-term business plans aligned with company objectives, with clear targets for revenue growth, market share, and customer expansion.
  • Monitor market, regulatory, and competitive developments to refine GTM strategies and maintain sustainable business growth.
  • Strengthen company's market presence, strategic relevance, and commercial influence across the Malaysian cybersecurity ecosystem and tech industry.
  • Lead the sales organization to deliver strong sales execution and consistent performance across direct and channel sales.
  • Drive revenue growth through solution selling, cross-selling opportunities, and expansion of recurring service offerings.
  • Strengthen key account management practices through strategic account planning, multilevel stakeholder engagement, and pipeline development.
  • Oversee commercial negotiations, aligning commercial models with customer requirements and financial objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and business objectives.
  • Build organizational capabilities in business development, account management, and channel management.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, technical support, and channels to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations to improve commercial effectiveness.
  • Support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business review processes by providing regular insights on business performance, market developments, key customer initiatives, and revenue pipeline to senior management.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10–12 years of commercial experience in B2B technology, enterprise software, IT services, or cybersecurity, with at least 3–5 years in a country management, sales leadership, or full P&L ownership role.
  • Proven commercial background in cybersecurity or enterprise technology solutions, including exposure to application security, DevSecOps, cloud SaaS, or related domains.
  • Extensive background in building and executing multi-channel GTM strategies, including enterprise sales to large organizations and financial institutions, as well as channel management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in translating market analysis, competitive landscapes, and industry trends into high-converting sales strategies and operational processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and build long-term partnerships.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and resilient — enjoys challenges, values growth, and isn't afraid to fail in pursuit of success.
