Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with some flexibility for remote work. The Country Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market share across the region. Day-to-day tasks include managing and supporting a sales team, developing relationships with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to promote Fosun Pharma's products and solutions, ensuring alignment with global strategies while addressing local market needs.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Revenue Growth
  • Proven experience in Team Leadership, Coaching, and Sales Operations Management
  • Knowledge of the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical devices industry
  • Skills in Market Analysis, Forecasting, and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic Office Suite applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and local language(s); additional languages are advantageous
  • Flexibility to travel within the country as required
  • Previous experience in an international or cross-cultural work environment is preferred
