Job Description

Responsibilities:

Establish and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets;

Acquire and develop new accounts focused on Distributors, Installation Partners/EPCs, IPPs and Developers;

Develop key customer relationships to establish WHES as the undisputed premium brand in energy storage;

Implements regional sales programs by developing sales action plans, scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results;

Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors;

Maximize share-of-account with all accounts by developing an acute understanding of local markets and developing product positioning to suit them;

Work closely with Marketing, Application Engineering and Sales Operations to jointly develop tightly coordinated regional business plans;

Drive the implementation of a robust sales forecasting system;

Optimize pricing and maximize margins;

Develop and manage global strategic account partnerships in cooperation other regions where these accounts are active;

Contribute to cash-collection efforts, and help the credit management team to optimize cash usage;

Requirements :

Demonstrated hunter mentality with proven track record of independently achieving sales targets in outside sales roles, producing tangible results in a highly dynamic, growing and competitive market;

Proven performance in developing aggressive but achievable business plans with a track record of delivering on them;

Understanding of the solar industry, renewable project economics and competitive positioning;

Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communications skills and a reputation as a team player;

Proven ability to develop and deliver high quality presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences;

Ability to build and strengthen an organization, building structure over time;

Strong computer skills, including strength in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint;

University degree in Engineering, Business, or similar field, with minimum five years related work experience. MBA or other related graduate degree a plus;

Fluent in English.
